  • How do you determine the value of my games?
    We determine the value of your games based on several factors, including their condition and current market price. Typically, we pay around 50% of the market value for collections, with pricing data sourced from PriceCharting. Games under $10.00 are valued at 30%, games between $10.00 and $19.99 are valued at 40%, games between $20.00 and $49.99 are valued at 50%, games between $50.00 and $99.99 are valued at 60%, and games over $100.00 are valued at 65%.
  • What condition do the games need to be in?
    We only accept games in good working condition. Disc games can have minor scratches as long as they’re playable. Cartridge games may have cosmetic damage, but the shell must be intact. We do not accept games with physical damage that makes them unplayable, or games with foreign substances like dirt, grime, or food.
  • Do you buy both physical and digital games?
    No, we only purchase physical games and accessories.
  • Do you buy games for all platforms?
    We buy games for most major consoles and handhelds, including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Sega. If you're unsure whether we accept a specific game, just send us a message, and we'll let you know. Please note, we do not buy PC games.
  • How long does the process take?
    The process typically takes 5–10 business days but can vary. Offers are usually made within 24–48 hours. If you accept, we'll send you directions to get a shipping label. Shipping typically takes about 3–5 business days. Once we receive your games, we'll review them, make any necessary adjustments, and then send your payment.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We use PayPal for all transactions.
  • What’s the policy on selling damaged or incomplete games?
    We do not buy games that are damaged and unplayable. However, we accept games that may be missing a manual or case, or have some cosmetic defects, as long as they are in good working condition.
  • What happens if you decide not to accept my games?
    If your games don’t meet our condition requirements, we won’t be able to pay for them. Any games deemed beyond repair will be disposed of.
  • Is shipping free, or do I need to cover the cost?
    You need to cover the cost of shipping initially. Shipping is free for game collections with offers of $35 or more and will be added to your payout. For offers below $35, the cost of shipping will not be included in your payout.
  • Is there a minimum number of games required to sell?
    We have a one-game minimum for submissions. We accept any offer that exceeds the shipping cost, but reaching the $35 threshold provides the best value for your money, as it includes free shipping.
